- Orders
All orders can be email, fax or phone in. It is best to phone in because our inventory changes daily and many times hourly. We can tell you immediately if the item is in stock and if it is out we can recommend a similar item.

Minimum Order is $200.00
Orders must be received by 1:00 pm central time for us to be able to ship the same day. Anytime after that will be sent the following day. We take all major credit cards and COD Money Order. When you place an order, we would not know the exact total right away. All orders are first packed and weight to determined the exact shipping. You pay the actual shipping only. Total amounts of the orders are determined after 3:00 pm central time.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by UPS in the 48 states. No P.O. box address please, only physical address. COD orders must use UPS. We do ship internationally and it has to be prepaid. Customer is responsible for all duties and extra shipping charges that will incur. For large orders, we use trucking company.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the order, simply return them within 14days. It MUST be unused and in resalable condition. NO REFUNDS, exchanges only or store credit. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Manufacturing defects must be called in and notify your sales rep within 5 days upon receiving the merchandise. We will gladly exchange them for you. Your sales rep prior to sending it back must approve all returns. Any returns not approved will be sent back to you at your cost.
